Q1 . Are you manufacturer or trading company?

Re: We are manufacturer, has our own factory. Welcome to visit our factory at anytime. 

Q2 . How long can goods ready and deliver?
Re: Sample ready in 3-5 days, Amount sample ready in 5-7 days, More ready in 10-20 days base on quantity.
DHL/Fedex/TNT/UPS need 3-7 days base on different countries. Ocean shipping need 20-30 days.

Q3 . How is the quality of your LED lighting Items?
Re: First, our principle to "Quality is First", we sells good quality item with competitive price.
      Second, We pay much attention to the quality check, we have QC in every production line.  Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.

Q4 . The specification of the LED light ltems can be customized?
Re: We accept OEM, so you can custom the specifition for your country. Such as the body color, Color temperature,Power Consumption,etc, as well as which adapter plug you want also.

Q5 . How about the certification of the LED light items?
Re: We has BIS,CE,RoHs,CB certification,and we can do others certification for your want.

Q6 . Payment term?
Re: Full payment for samples and delivery cost. T/T 30% for big order, balance paid before shipping.
